REGULAR MEETING MINUTES

Meeting was called to order by Director Steve Walker at 2:00pm.

Kenny Fitzgerald led us in prayer

Director Walker Led the pledge to the flag

Adjutant/Treasurer Kenny Fitzgerald read the minutes of the last meeting and they were approved as corrected.

Treasurer’s report read by Kenny Fitzgerald. Approved as read.

Road Captain

Rob Phelps presented his report and discussed the Toy Run that was held, He discussed the Fall Conference that was held. We had two riders attend, Phil Shepard and Sharon Sculthorpe. Rob discussed the RibFest we will have for the riders on January 7^th, 2023., Veteran’s Day parade and the upcoming VA Legacy Run which is still being planned. Details to follow.

2. Jan. 7^th 2023         Ribfest at Post 325
3. April 27-30            NC Legacy Run
4. June 23-24            VA Legacy Run

Other Reports

1. Adjutant Treasurer pointed out dues of $12 is coming very soon and please get your dues in timely.

Sick Call

Ken Powell recovering, Don’s son in law John Jones has cancer and needs our prayers, Bill Sterner is slowly recovering. Butch and Trish were involved in accident so please pray for the above-mentioned comrades.

Old or Unfinished Business

1. Tickets are still out for most of the upcoming Christmas raffle. Get your money in to the Treasurer soon as you can.
2. Rob discussed the T Shirts and is still trying to put the prices together and will keep us informed as to progress.

Safety

Don Mitchell pointed out the leaves on the highway are slick and be conscious of them, he also pointed out people driving with no lights and watch the left turns.
